BREAKFAST IN BED

Using a cookie cutter or a knife, cut out a small heart shape from the center of a thick slice of bread. Spread each side of bread with herb butter, recipe below..

1 cup loosely packed fresh herbs, such as parsley, oregano, thyme, or marjoram finely chopped.
2 sicks unsalted butter at room temperature.
Combine herbs and butter in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until ingredients are combined. Store in an airtight container, refrigerated, for up to 2 weeks. Makes about 1 cup.

Heat skillet over medium heat. Saute bread until golden, 2 to 3 minutes. Lower heat, and gently flip toast.
Break an egg into heart-shaped hole. Cover, and cook until egg white turns opaque, about 5 minutes.

Place on  plate along with the heart-shaped piece of cutout bread, toasted and served with jam.

Place plate on cute serving platter with juice and coffee, and a pretty flower for a cute touch. Who wouldn't love this surprise after a long hard day before, so they could lounge in there jammies before another day starts. This would be perfect for a birthday treat,or fit for any princess!!!!
