Sometimes asking the right questions is the answer.
1. How old would you be if you didn’t know how old you are? 25, people tell me all the time how I don't act my age and I remember how fun things where at 25,but really age is just a number...LOL
2. Which is worse, failing or never trying? Never trying, because if you don't try you will never know if you failed or had fun trying....
3. If life is so short, why do we do so many things we don’t like and like so many things we don’t do? that's a tough one, I think for me I get scared of the unknown, There are so many things I would like to do that look fun or I just know I would like but I guess I get scared does that make since??? and I guess I do what I don't like because I think I am suppose to like it, like keeping a clean house I don't like to clean, really but would hate for someone to come over and find it messy..I do have OCD, so I can't stand things out of order I hate I have it but guess I think thats the way it should be..wow am I a mess or what???
4. When it’s all said and done, will you have said more than you’ve done? I hope not I would like to think that what I say I am going to do I accomplish but life is short so I hope I get the time to do all the things I say I am going to do, like write a book, visit Italy, travel, fly (I never have) become a grandma and on and on..this list is long I need to write a bucket list and accomplish all of it...
5. What is the one thing you’d most like to change about the world? all the fighting why can't we all just get along, country amongst country..man against man or women...I think the Princess in me just came out "WORLD PEACE"..lol
6. If happiness was the national currency, what kind of work would make you rich? Shopping of course!!!!
7. Are you doing what you believe in, or are you settling for what you are doing? I am settling in alot of area's as much as I hate to admit that, I was in a really bad car accident 8 years ago that turned my life upside down and there are so many things I would change if I could, then I know I would be doing what I totally believe in..someday it will happen for me...
8. If the average human life span was 40 years, how would you live your life differently? Well if that where the case I wouldn't be here since I am over 40..so that being said I can tell you what I would change..I wouldn't have gotten married at 18 and stayed in an abusive marriage for 23 years that I am out of now..and I would have NEVER been in that car wreck...other than that I like my life I have a wonderful husband and 2 great sons, I love blogging and I just moved To Branson, MO. the place I always wanted to live at, its beautiful here and there is so much to do here its the number 3 tourist attraction in the United States!!!
9. To what degree have you actually controlled the course your life has taken? I haven't that was totally controlled 8 years ago with my car wreck and God, I often wonder if that had not taken place would I still be on track like I thought I would, that will always be a mystery to me know, before that day I had a great job, great friends..not that I don't have great friends just different ones when something tragic happens in your life you find out who your real friends are and I was surprised to find out how many where not...I was able to do so many things that I can't do today because of my knee injury and other injury's that I took for granted..so my advice is never take anything for granted things can change in a moment cherish everyone of them and don't always count on the things you think will take place in your life...
10. Are you more worried about doing things right, or doing the right things? Neither I just want to live my life happily and that may or may not be right in anyones eyes...
11. You’re having lunch with three people you respect and admire. They all start criticizing a close friend of yours, not knowing she is your friend. The criticism is distasteful and unjustified. What do you do? Tell them they are talking about my friend so they will stop before they something that makes me really mad....NEVER MAKE A PRINCESS MAD SHE JUST MIGHT THROW HER TIARA AT YOU!!!
12. If you could offer a newborn child only one piece of advice, what would it be? Be true to yourself and you will never go wrong...
13. Would you break the law to save a loved one? It would depend what they did but most likely if I am honest I would..
14. Have you ever seen insanity where you later saw creativity? I see insanity everywhere I look so I am sure the answer is yes....
15. What’s something you know you do differently than most people? WALK, I have a limp from all the surgery's I have had to my right knee, it does not bend like it should but hey at least I still have it....my TIARA might be a little crooked but who is looking...:-)
16. How come the things that make you happy don’t make everyone happy? because we are so different and that's a good thing if we all liked the same things what a boring world this would be...
17. What one thing have you not done that you really want to do? What’s holding you back? write a book, I have story to tell, I have started it, its just so painfull but someday I will finish it
18. Are you holding onto something you need to let go of? Hatred for someone I know you have to forgive to be forgiven and I am working on it...for myself not that person..
19. If you had to move to a state or country besides the one you currently live in, where would you move and why? Italy....I just think it would be a great place full of great things to see and I know the food would be awesome, someday I am at least going to visit there..
20. Do you push the elevator button more than once? Do you really believe it makes the elevator faster? No my grandpa worked on elevators so I know it won't help but I might have pushed all the floor button's before.. LOL
21. Would you rather be a worried genius or a joyful simpleton? Joyful simpleton, I am blonde so simple fits the bill for me...:-)

23. Have you been the kind of friend you want as a friend? Yes, I know what its like when a friend isn't like a friend should be (it hurts really bad) and I always want my friends to know I will be there no matter what...
24. Which is worse, when a good friend moves away, or losing touch with a good friend who lives right near you?
losing touch with one who lives near you, I know this one first hand..and since i just moved away from my really great friends I know how easy it is to stay connected thru the phone and internet, I miss them like crazy but nothing has really changed except the fact i can't just pop over to there house or vice versa...
25. What are you most grateful for? My family and friends!

Would you rather lose all of your old memories, or never be able to make new ones? lose my old ones I have no idea what the future holds but have dear memories of my past and wouldn't want to forget almost all of them, I would hate losing my memories of my boys growing up and some of the crazy things I have done in my past...
27. Is is possible to know the truth without challenging it first? I think so, at least my truth...
28. Has your greatest fear ever come true? No and I hope it never does...
29. Do you remember that time 5 years ago when you were extremely upset? Does it really matter now? not really and no, isn't it funny how we think something is so upsetting or we get into an argument and a few hours later forgot what started it...
30. What is your happiest childhood memory? What makes it so special? Anything to so with my grandpa, he is gone now and those are memories no one can take away from me, he was such a great man and helped mold me into who I am today, he was more of a father to me than my own dad. I know that sounds bad but my dad where never close I was never daddy's little girl I was Grandpa's, I miss him so much...
31. At what time in your recent past have you felt most passionate and alive? Last Nov. I married my best friend a man who treats me like a princess..and would do anything for me I never knew what that was like...
32. If not now, then when? I answered above but I was most passionate about life when my boys where younger oh how I miss those days sometimes I wish i could shrink them back down, I am proud of the men they have become but miss the days when they needed me most so never take one moment for granted...
33. If you haven’t achieved it yet, what do you have to lose? I believe you never have anything to lose in life just keep trying!!!
34. Have you ever been with someone, said nothing, and walked away feeling like you just had the best conversation ever? Yes, sometimes those can be the best conversations!!!
35. Why do religions that support love cause so many wars?
I wish I had the answer to that one...
36. Is it possible to know, without a doubt, what is good and what is evil?
I believe so....
37. If you just won a million dollars, would you quit your job?
Since I don't have a job anymore but had one and lost it to different reasons my answer would be no, I miss my job that I had before my my accident I had more purpose inmy life then...
38. Would you rather have less work to do, or more work you actually enjoy doing?
More work I enjoy doing!!!
39. Do you feel like you’ve lived this day a hundred times before. Yes because it seems like I do the same thing over and over again...
40. When was the last time you marched into the dark with only the soft glow of an idea you strongly believed in?
Everyday seems like that day!!!
41. If you knew that everyone you know was going to die tomorrow, who would you visit today?
my son's I can't even imagine life without them..
42. Would you be willing to reduce your life expectancy by 10 years to become extremely attractive or famous?
NO, now why would anyone go and do that???
43. What is the difference between being alive and truly living?
walking blindly thru life is not living and some days we all do that....
44. When is it time to stop calculating risk and rewards, and just go ahead and do what you know is right?
NOW, just do it!!!
45. If we learn from our mistakes, why are we always so afraid to make a mistake? Because we are human and can't help ourselves!!!
46. What would you do differently if you knew nobody would judge you? For me nothing I don't really care what others think anymore a lesson I have learned along the way, it took awhile but I am glad I learned that...
47. When was the last time you noticed the sound of your own breathing?
When I was in the hospital and had something breathing for me....
48. What do you love? Have any of your recent actions openly expressed this love?
My family especially my boys and hubby, I always say I love you and hug them..
49. In 5 years from now, will you remember what you did yesterday? What about the day before that? Or the day before that?
I doubt it, I don't remember what I was doing 5 years ago today....
50. Decisions are being made right now. The question is: Are you making them for yourself, or are you letting others make them for you?
I make my own now but I remember when I let others make them for me and hate that I did that I am more independent now and love it...
