HOW DO YOU MAKE LEMONADE OUT OF THESE LEMONS ALONG WITH FRIDAY FOLLOW OVER 40!!!

HOW DO YOU MAKE LEMONADE OUT OF THESE LEMONS!!! I have heard this statement "when life gives you lemons make lemonade" I think it means, that if life gives you something sour turn it sweet....I just don't know how one can turn this situation sweet!!! I have waited a couple of weeks to write about this because I been so stressed about it...I know I told you we, (my hubby and I) moved this summer to there family Log cabin at the lake we knew it would be temporary since he had to drive one and a half hours one way to work, but it was a great place to stay for the summer till we found a new house and we did!!! I love it its 8 miles from his work in Branson, whats the problem you ask???? a week after we moved out of the cabin..The family cabin that there (hubby's parent's)  left for the kids, ( there are 4 Jay has 2 brothers and a sister) his oldest brother let a couple sign a two year lease..meaning noone NOT any Ponder can go there to enjoy this place for 2 years, I know there is more to it and the sad thing is a lawyer is involved now since the lease isn't really legal but the couple that signed it won't move and older brother doesn't want them to, he rented it out to a great friend of his (one we thought we all where friends with too) and his new RICH girlfriend who has been in the picture for 3 months, I mean really..... So How did I find out???? This is where is got complicated for me I went down there to get some of my things and box up some stuff when said GIRLFRIEND was there when I got there, strange but they have always had an open door thing going on there, this cabin was built in 1976 and used by hubby's family ever since. She proceeds to tell me about this lease and how we can't come there anymore since SHE will be living there and HER family will be using it, not even on holidays where we have always partied on the porch with friends and family for years..I know his parents are rolling in there graves...SO I pretend to act like its not bothering me to get her to talk to me, she likes me for some reason and thinks I am a dumb blonde NOT!!! She tells me that if anyone steps on HER property (what a laugh) once she has moved in she will call the police if any of us come there (who does this women think she is???)  So after talking to her all I can stomach making nice and all.. I make arrangements to come get the rest of my stuff the following weekend (labor day weekend) I go straight home and start making calls all the while this WOMEN keeps texting me (who have you told, and stuff??) what the H***!!! does she think no one is going to be upset.  This place is all my hubby has left of his parents, we got in some huge fights me trying to keep him from going down there and killing his brother..the other siblings get involved and they are tired of older brother bulling everyone so they go to a lawyer..what a mess now they are doing a title search and when it comes back they will evict said couple but older brother lives there and they are all so mad at each other its such a mess...so they ask me if we get you help since your the only level headed Ponder right now who doesn't want to kill him, or we think he will do anything can you go by yourself and get EVERYTHING out of the cabin....I agree because I know there will be enough people there if he goes nuts on me I will be protected but I am still scared....We get there friends of the family and a friend of Jays who lives close to us that brings a huge trailer to get everything loaded, the cabin was filled with antiques and log beds and just alot of stuff, OLDER brother has no idea what we are going to do, when he finds out he goes nuts, I know the SO CALLED FRIEND took him outta there for awhile since I know they want the place not to rent but to buy..that will not happen for them (I HOPE) fingers crossed, and prayers said...while he is gone I make sure it gets all cleaned out it took about three hours and SAID GIRLFRIEND sat and watched and I made nice..urgg, this is where it gets really messy OLDER BROTHER comes back and has a fit pulls a gun yes thats what I said a GUN, police are called on him and now I am his enemy NO 1 beings I was the one there of the civil Ponder's, I am scared of him but he does not know where we live..thankfully..this has been such a mess and watching hubby go through all these emotions and knowing how the rest of the family feels its awfull...the lawyers advice sell it and split the money 4 ways since they can not come to an agreement together so I am sure that's what is gonna happen it is so sad, this was supposed to be handed down generational now that's over and our beautiful little peice of heaven has to go through Probate so no one can use it (another LONG story) I sure hope OLDER brother is proud of himself and what he started but I am glad I got out alive..WHEW!! IT WAS A MESS so now we wait till the lawyer updates us......thanks for letting me get off my chest something that has been driving me nuts now for a few weeks, lesson learned: YOU CAN'T ALWAYS MAKE LEMONADE OUT OF LEMONS...AND YOU CAN'T TRUST ANYONE.. this is in God's hands now please say a prayer for my family that no one ends up getting hurt or killed over this you would have to know the Ponder family to know why I ask for this, They are really great people well....except for OLDER BROTHER who is just crazy.... just don't make them mad....you know what I mean? I know there parents are so upset I just wish they where here to take care of it all ...URGG!!! I will try and keep you updated...Ok I have ranted enough sure I forgot alot, since alot has happened over the last month....
