100 Pound Loser Book Review

I really enjoyed reading this book and could really relate!!! I told you I am starting on my own journey and this is the start of my weight loss journey.. I highly recommend reading this book, its funny, witty, and full of information I am sure you will be able to relate too!!! Her before and after picture's are amazing.. Her humor is even better!!! You have to have a great sense of humor when you have such a great journey ahead of you..
I have to share one thing she shared in her book that made me laugh so hard.. she has a question and answer section in her book and someone asked her if she has alot of extra skin which is always a problem when you lose that amount of weight and her answer was... a song that comes to mind “Does your stomach hang low, does it wobble to and fro? Can you tie it in a knot? Can you tie it in a bow?”  Admit it you where humming that to yourself right??? I almost fell out of my chair... Too cute!!!!
I love she had her husband's support and did this while having children not an easy feat, 4 of them... But one thing I know if she can do it I have hope that I can do it as well and so can you!!!!.. She gives great resources of items that helped her like what she did for that dreaded "E" word exercise.. we have to do it in some kind of form and the info she shared is something I think I can do as well as the other resources she shares... for losing weight,  and tracking our success. Jessica is the owner of the blog Mothering Heights Check her out there as well and if your interested in getting  her book go Here on Amazon and read what others are saying about her book!!! and then of course you can purchase it there for $4.99, not a bad price at all for what you get!!! I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!!!!
Happy New Year!! and if weight loss is on your resolution list then I highly recommend you get her book you'll love it!!!!

  1. Sounds like a good book, and at a decent price. I'm on a weight loss journey and have started taking mixed martial arts/fitness combo classes. It's one of the hardes things I've done but I am going to trudge through it. This book sounds like one that would be a good motivator.
